Posted by Anup Baral September 12, 2016 : Various places in Kathmandu have been flooded due to continuous rainfall. Incessant rainfall and flooding has crippled normal life in the area. Kantipur’s photographer Angad Dhakal has captured some pictures of the flooded area.
